the other american has arrived!

i have done some exciting exploring this week.. thanks to the other american sam who has arrived! we are still trying to get settled in because currently we are not living together but we should be... so with time things will work out! it has been nice to have someone to talk to in english and that can relate to whats going on with basketball. i'll let the pictures tell you what we have been up to the past few days.

first lunch out by ourselves... ordering went pretty well!

I ordered a coke, cheeseburger, and some fries... it was good and the bun was amazing!

we also went to the beach and the marina, which are very very beautiful! the beach wasn't very big, but if you take the metro (train) you can get to a larger one with surfing & more space... in just about 25 min.

i hope these ladies have clean bums..because they are going in the water...yikes!

now for basketball we have a tournament this weekend..and i dont know where or when exactly! i hope they inform us tomorrow. i do know that, we will play a game on saturday & sunday. i will keep the results posted.. and it should be interesting with only 9 days of practice & very little spanish under my belt....
